If you're going to an event at the Excel center this is the perfect location. There is plenty of food and a coffee shop all in walking distance. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant. The bed was a little hard, but room was bigger than expected.

Absolutely great hotel, great value for the price and had a beautiful view of the dock. There were robes in the room and nice bottled water, have to mention how super clean it was- this hotel really did all the little things right to make it a lovely stay.
