I was staying 2 nights but before the trip I had to book 2 different rooms because of availability. When I arrived they had booked me into the same room for both night and I was upgraded to a room that might be bigger than my flat :) Excellent service from front desk to room service staff, staff at breakfast etc.

Not the best customer service. Not offered any help with bags and asked for my breakfast order whilst walking away as though couldn’t be arsed. Room noisy and doors banging on a night.
