while the air condition was just turned on by the staff when I arrived, it was pushing very cool air out. At 2 pm I awoke and the room was warm. The air condition wasn't pushing cold air any more. Being very tired, I didn't let the staff know until I checked out in the morning. I also let them know that it was cooler outside than in my room.

We stayed there 4 nights and the pool was so cold my kids go swimming. I specifically booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and the hot tub was broken. The ice machine was out of order and the bed was not up to standards.

Hotels.com failed to send hotel payment
Couldn't check in. I was charged for the room you took the payment it's documented in my credit card account but your company fails to send the hotel the vittural payment so I was not allowed a room. I ended up paying for a room bypassing Hotels.com and it was not a good experience. I may never use Hotels.com again.

Overpriced for the quality of room and service
Rude manager who refused to explain extra charges to my bill until I said I would leave a bad review. Room was comfortable but needed repairs. Inside corridor was noisy; lot of noise from trucks on the highway as well. It's overpriced for the quality and there are better motels close by. But it seemed safe and my one-night stay there was uneventful.

It is an older hotel, the rooms was clean but had an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. It took about 40 minutes waiting in line to check in, seriously. There was one employee working the text and she was slammed on a busy Saturday night.

Not family friendly...tried to make us pay 2 rooms
They wouldn't let us stay in 1 room and we have under age children with us for a family trip. He also wouldn't refund our money cuz he said he already charged the 3rd party card so we ended up going down the road to Days Inn where they were more than happy to accommodate us all in 1 room with 2 beds and they served us a very hood warm breakfast. All in all, dont stay at this super 8 at all!!!! Not family friendly

Having made the reservation on line when I arrived at the hotel I was informed the low rate was for smoking . That was never shown on the app. But extra $ 13.00 ok . Then finding “due to Covid” no breakfast served . Ok - not on the app . Bait and switch to say the least . So - I’ll never use Superv8 in Deming nor Hotels.com . Can’t rely on the info on line . Night manager/owner was nice , however.
