Amazing Experience!

The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was truly amazing. The breakfast was so good and the wait staff so friendly. Reception helped me with printed directions for the subway, and sadly, the emergency room! We stayed for the holidays and the trip was perfect. Walking distance to Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Place and Unter den Linden, but also great connections by bus and subway right in front of the hotel entrance. All the staff where very nice and the whole trip was perfect. We really enjoyed having a balcony in the city center.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff personable and helpful. Lovely spa. Didn’t use the restaurant as plenty of places to eat nearby. No price list for the mini bar and took a little while before we figured out which button to press to let them know to service the room - the member of staff who showed us to our room could / should have explained? Controlling the room temperature a bit hit and miss; a combination of radiator and opening the window.

It was a wonderful stay in Berlin. The location of the hotel is great. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the front desk is extremely helpful. One of the best hotels we stayed in Europe.
