Our check in was sweet and nice as well as check out.
However this is when things got bad. When we used our happy hours coupons, the bartender treated us like we are ignorance people. This was our first time staying at the hotel, we asked how do we use our coupons and how do we order, as in what is included in the coupons in case some drinks aren’t. He didn’t explain it to us and pointed at the sign and said here, with an attitude like he is brushing us off. And once we ordered, he was very rude still but we stayed graceful because maybe he had an off day. Then we went back to our second one, same rude attitude. We felt like we were unappreciative and felt very uncomfortable, so we took our drinks up to our room to drink instead. Then we noticed our room was VERY humid! We even bumped down the AC. The whole night we was very hot and my mom has his skin condition that she is very sensitive to the heat. We wanted to crack the baloncy door opened the whole night but it started to pour and we didn’t want to get the place wet. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel, it was very unpleasant experiences. We’ve stayed at other embassy suites before, this one is definitely the worse one.
