They ensured that everything was just right, including going the extra mile to fulfill special requests. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol. It offers comfort, great service, and a genuinely warm atmosphere.

The property gets a "Terrible" rating because of the mind-bogglingly poor design of the access to the first floor. There is one narrow flight of stairs, no lift (and, of course, no porters!) and 274 paces to our room (2001 - definitely an Odyssey!!). I am 84. God knows how someone really old and infirm manages - let alone anyone with heavy luggage. Impossibly bad.
