4/10 Fair

My room had an old boiler for heat, except it did NOT work. And even if it did, the room did not have a thermostat to control the temperature. No air conditioning either. The bathroom smelt so badly of urine. They don't give basic toiletries like lotion. The walls are paper thin. And the continental breakfast had no fruit, muffins, croissants, etc. Will not be staying here again.

8/10 Very good

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. (10/10) There didn't appear to be a designated parking for hotel guests. There’s parking on the street across from the hotel. It was decent. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels appeared a bit old. Not dirty. Just old. (8/10) Continental breakfast was OK. Didn't love it, but didn't hate it. I didn't eat much and just bought breakfast at a cafe instead. The texture of the oatmal wasn't my favorite but the coffee was good though. (6/10) Overall stay was good. Pricing was good. Would visit again.

2/10 Poor

I wanted to leave a good review because the check in staff was very nice, even though they charged me twice for 1 night as I was used to "Train" the new girl. At check out... I actually think myself and the rest of the guest who stayed here August 19th should be refunded for that night. No one should have to pay when no one slept because the evacuation/emergency/fire alarm system rang off and on all night. What an awful experience.

Nice enough but our hotel in pg was half the cost and a better hotel. Understand the location(prime fishing) thing but I feel it was way cheaper before the Reno's which weren't really that extensive. Boil water advisory was inconvenient. Not the hotels fault but it was a hassle on the daily to get bottles water provided which they said they would. Complimentary Breakfast was really good though

Was not nice at all. Bathroom smelled bad, air conditioner did not work, no soap in the shower. All in all this is not a nice hotel, would not recommend. Definately not worth the money I paid for it.

2/10 Poor

Had to change original plans due to the fire in Jasper. Big mistake to book this hotel. Maid service refused to clean our room. Ran out of towels, hand soap and toilet paper. Had to buy hand soap and toilet paper at Safeway. Guest laundry is in a very dirty and cluttered basement. After washing clothes the dryer wouldn’t work! Our first night we heard loud yelling outside the next room. The police were called and the occupant was tasered. The shower wouldn’t drain. The building reminds me of a Soviet era structure. Moved to the Crest Hotel which is wonderful!
