Great hotel

Lovely hotel not too far from the main attractions in Da Nang. Rooftop pool not very big anf didn't use it as the weather was not great. Bar rarely open too but plenty local establishments to get cheap food and drink. Reception people very helpful and always ready to answer questions and sort out transport. Room was large with a massive bed. All very comfortable.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect. The city views from our rooms were really cool. Breakfast was really nice, but overall check in experience was poor. The receptionist at 4am gave us wrong room keys to me and my cousin, so it was alot of hassle to switch room since we unpack everything and then repack everything to switch room at 4:30 am in the morning. Also, my cousin was told differently about breakfast, so it was alot of inconvenience. However, morning staffs were really nice. It was just about that night that check in process was not cool.
