Good value

Just in for one night. We were impressed with the value of our stay
Dorrie S, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Convenient, no frills hotel. Comfortable bed, thin towels, all carb breakfast. Every hotel in town is pricey this time of year. We were fine here for a week, no major complaints.

It was average and overpriced
RUSSELL, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel but needs a few upgrades.

The room was spacious with a private balcony overlooking the pool area. Closed because later in the year but probably very nice in the summer. An elevator would be nice even if only two floors and the breakfast could use a hot buffet. Mints on the pillow was a nice touch.
kathy, 2-night trip

Room smelled of smoke. Receptionist was accommodating and even upgraded our room. Motel and rooms need to be updated

Brian’s world

The manager was kind upon arrival I believe Lori, who works weekends in the morning, and also during the week was an amazing attendant. I have a service animal, and she treated him with the upmost respect and kindness due to his age of 14 he felt comfortable I felt comfortable, I recommend staying there even if you’re used to the Hilton? It has all the amenities a guy could want positive attitude from the staff goes along way
Brian, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

A bit of a smell to the room otherwise just fine
Gordon, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was great - large and furnished well. Hallways and lobby show wear and tear, could be cleaner. Parking area not well lit. Casino/lounge entrance right by motel entrance and not family friendly. Swimming pool is outdoor, doesn’t work year round in Montana-should be clarified in motel information.
Shannon, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Was not cleaned very well
Christine, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is outdated- the paint in peeling-filthy pool- breakfast was bare minimum. We had to collect our own garbage. The parking on the backside was congested and hard to navigate. I’d rethink booking this hotel. For the price, I expected much more.
Grace, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Everything was actually quite nice but for the price we paid, it needed to be perfect. I've stayed at better hotels for half the price. The water pressure was bad and with softened water, it took twice as long to wash. As for the rear parking, way too tight - it should only be for small cars.
Peter, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I woke up from the bed itching head to toe. I was not a fan.
Rylee, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The room was dirty. Staff was unprofessional. There was a fight in the hallway in the middle of the night and doors slamming through out the night. The sheets were dirty. And the breakfast was not appetizing.
Andrew, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The property was burnt and I didn’t get my deposit back
Kenton, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

There is not much good to say about our stay. The room was clean but the property is very rundown. Window screens on lower level were laying on the ground, and large pieces of paint and siding are falling off the building. Someone continued to prop the door open with rocks allowing anyone to enter what should have been a safe motel. Breakfast was offered but we were never able to eat. Our first morning it had been cleaned away even though we were clearly there before the time stated. The next morning nothing was out at all. We would not recommend this location to anyone.
Larry, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

False advertising

Very disappointed in this booking. First, the online outdoor photo is not correct. Secondly, keys didn’t work, took four tries. Desk clerk was a hard worker, but this spoke to the overall condition of the property. Mold in the bathroom. Shower knob missing. Despite paying the outrageous price of $324 a night, I had to request to have our room cleaned and fresh towels. Breakfast was very poor in both quality and amount of food available, and the hotel was so understaffed at that time some that the poor woman working couldn’t handle the guests needs. Again, very disappointed in our whole experience there. Kalispell is near resorts, it is not a resort town. I expected much, much more for that price.
Shawn, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Hotel, what hotel?

Showed up to the property only to find a claims adjuster at the property. The hotel burned down 2.5 months earlier due to faulty electrical. The hotel did not notify us in advance and we had to book a new eoo. on the fly. Very poor service.
Jeremy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The place burned to the ground. It is closed
Lawrence, 1-night trip

Run down the room was not clean and it had a aweful smell. Would not stay there again.
Trudy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Hotel is clean, staff was all friendly and welcoming. Area was safe. Was sad to see there was no hot tub as there was photos of one when we booked.
Kayla, 2-night trip
