Muy buen hotel. Lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor. Desde el lugar es posible recorrer la ciudad caminando. Instalaciones limpias, modernas, múltiples espacios acogedores. Buena atención, buen servicio. Desayuno completo y de buen sabor, con productos variados. Ofrecen café, aromática y agua a voluntad. El único inconveniente es que en la reservación decía que la habitación era con"vista a la ciudad", y no es así.

Fijn hotel net buiten de drukte

Prachtig hotel met vriendelijke mensen. Net buiten het drukke centrum, en lopend te bereiken. Personeel erg vriendelijk. We mochten de bagage 3 dagen achter laten tijdens onze tour naar de Amazone. Hou wel rekening met het feit dat de kamers met uitzicht op de tuin last kunnen hebben van de kippen van de buren. Dit kan luidruchtig zijn. Bij zicht op de stad heb je daar minder last van. Het ontbijt wordt buiten in buffet vorm geserveerd in prachtige omgeving. Bij de receptie is een koud biertje te krijgen. Heerlijk

Nous avons réservé une nuit à l hôtel Madreselva et une fois arrivé sur le place le personnel nous informe qu’il y a un problème avec notre chambre (la salle de bains mais sans donner des détails) et qu’aucune autre chambre n’est dispo. L’hotel nous a donc relogé gratuitement puisque nous avions déjà payé la chambre mais pas du tout dans un hôtel de même standing/qualité. Nous avons été très déçus du service même si le personnel a été agréable.
