Stay was fair
From desk staff was mixed in terms of service. Upon our check in and check out they were wonderful, as well as the valet staff. However, the front desk attendant (young caucasian female with dark hair) who worked on Saturday morning (11/16/24) was extremely rude, impatient, and had an attitude. Otherwise, our stay was reasonably good.

A great stay in Arlington. The hotel is steps away from the Rosslyn metro station which gives you easy to access to DC. Staff were all pleasant and professional. Room in great condition and very clean. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Treated Like Family
Perfect location for us to ride bikes to National Mall and to Georgetown University! Hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, fast elevators, and great rooms-quiet even in the flight path of the airport. Breakfast was superb -but a little pricey (24.00). But what makes the Centric so phenomenal is the staff. Mahmut at the front welcomed us from the minute we arrived with service, recommendations, and assistance with our bikes. Each morning he greeted us with a smile and inquiry about our day, even after working a double shift the night before. He made an enjoyable stay even better. Our fridge had an issue and the technician was there to fix it in under 5 minutes. All the staff was friendly as well!

Housekeeping protocol can be confusing
The property is conveniently located to the Metro, dining and stores. On check-in, we were asked if we wanted to forego room cleaning, making of beds, etc. We were told someone would still come in daily to remove dirty towels, etc. That didn't happen, and we had to go to the front desk to request fresh paper cups, Keurig pods, etc.

The stay was fine. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The eggs Benedict was way overcooked as were the eggs. I tried leaving messages for the housekeeper to leave me regular coffee instead of decaf and tea, and either she didn't read the note or just ignored it. That was frustrating.

Hyatt Centric is conveniently located next to the Rosslyn Metro station and other activities and restaurants. No need for a car if visiting downtown Washington DC. It is also an easy metro ride from National Airport.

Came in after all day and night around town and brought back some food to eat and they wouldn't let me eat it inside and said I needed to order something inside, I told them I'm staying there and they didn't care and so I said fine let me order an app and they said the kitchen was closed (10:30 on a Thursday) So I had to go up to my room to eat. That is the first time ever experiencing this garbage at a Hyatt in my 75 plus stays there.
