Food / restaurants nearby were excellent. Gail's for breakfast is phenomenal. Waitrose is next door The Korean / Japanese restaurant called Soya is fantastic

We lived in the next town to Weybridge for many years then moved to East Sussex. We still have family near to here that we visit. Sadly, like a lot of towns, with their many shop closures and many changes that are not always for the best.

"Attended an even at the National Theatre so this was the perfect spot on the south bank for an overnight stay.
The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean and lots of space. "

"This was our second time staying at the Clermont Victoria. It's a great, central location, easy to get anywhere in the city as three train lines are connected to the hotel. We love the historic feel of the hotel and the wonderful breakfast. Last time we stayed (two years ago) the rooms also included a fully stacked mini bar with soft drinks, beer, wine, and yummy snacks. This time it was scaled way, way back to just two bottles of water and one bag of chips and one bag of popcorn and some old, hard candy that didn't look so good. We missed the mini bar for sure at the end of a long day of touring. Totally understand not including free wine and beer but the soft drinks, juices and better snacks were a really nice touch that we missed :( . That said, we really recommend the hotel if you are looking for a nice home base and plan on touring all over the city. "
