10/10 Exceptional

Appreciated the consideration on placement which made for a more comfortable stay. Spacious rooms, clean, non cluttered. Lack of fridge only negative if you have food you wanted to store overnight. Large downstairs working/ sitting area but can be occupied by non residents/ youth/suits ehonuse it as an all day laptop venue.
