"The staff were super helpful when we returned from a full parking lot at Lake Louise at 6:30am. Gave us the local bus info, new room keys and let us keep our vehicle parked at the hotel. The room was spacious and bathroom was beautiful. I thought I booked 2 queens but it was a king and we did not want to risk trading for another room. Note that you need to plan for a dinner out, the closest restaurant was lacking. Overall great experience!"
