North Van has grown a lot. No longer an Anglo-Saxon area. New immigration has increased the dining options.

Lots to do in Vancouver but if not physically mobile it's best to have a car. It rains a lot but you can't control weather. At least it's green

I love north van. Used to live here. But I wasn't here for leisure, I came, slept a few hours and left haha
"This hotel was incredibly convenient to the cruise terminal. The staff were all fantastic, and beyond helpful. The hotel is close to many food options, and easily walkable to surrounding shopping/dining options. The only negative (and a fairly minor one) was that for several hours while we were there, two of the guest elevators were down. It was a very long wait to get on the elevator, and the stairs weren’t really an option for us. This inconvenience only lasted about 5 hours, and by the early afternoon it wasn’t a problem any more. The hotel has a beautiful pool deck, with a heated pool and hot tub. "

"The staff were friendly, the room was well maintained, the bed was comfortable,
The hotel was clean and quiet. The only downside was there was not many dining options close by. The area was a bit secluded however there were taxi’s outside regularly. "
