"From check in to check out everything was great- reception staff friendly and helpful - my room was spacious - I liked the bathroom plenty of hot water and real fluffy towels , what I found particularly useful was a space in the bath/shower to put your shampoo etc- would have preferred a walk in shower though, everything was very clean. Plenty of storage space, think I when I stay here again I’ll book a double room - breakfast was the usual help yourself buffet - there was two other restaurants- the seven seas brasserie and the castaway bar - I had an evening dinner in the brasserie, service was ok- the hotel is a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station and a handy taxi rank. All in all I’d stay here again."
"Our room was large, quiet, and dark! It was perfect. Very clean, spacious bathroom, well appointed. Staff were excellent! We did not use any dining services so can’t speak to that but the location is a nice and easy 5-7 minute walk to the train station and loads of shopping."
