"It was during the heatwave in Europe and we had the fortune to get a room not to the sun. Restaurant was closed and only BBQ could be chosen but no table for hotel guests. The young woman in the reception managed to arrange a table for us (there were many tables free indoor...) No gluten-free options as kitchen was only preparing the BBQ. Over priced salad (E20 for basic without fibers or filling options). BBQ €34 and too much for the options in the warm weather. "

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distances of city center. Vibrant town with shopping and dinning close. Tourist information was available in the lobby. Language barrier upon checking in making it a challenge to get checked in. The automated check in, emails, reception all in German. Be patient during you stay if using translation apps. We were able to get by without any major issues. The breakfast in the morning is worth the extra charge. Nice setting and convenient so you don’t have to leave the hotel. Overall, our stay was pleasant and would recommend this location. "

"The hotel was located in an excellent location, close to transport links. Lacks tea and coffee making facilities, this would have made our stay easier rather than to keep purchasing expensive takeaway drinks. The rooms were also extremely hot due to the outside temperature being over 30 degrees. A large fan or air conditioning would have been nice. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Although this is a beautiful hotel and very comfortable, I feel the hotel has priced itself out of the market as there are many air bnb properties which are much cheaper and sadly we will likely use next time we visit. "

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden hören der im Gang langgeht. Das war kein Problem weil nachts niemand umhergelaufen ist, aber es ist mir morgens aufgefallen als alle zum Frühstück gegangen sind."

"The main picture is NOT the hotel property! It is deceiving since the building in the first image is a landmark in the town. And that landmark is not Eiffel tower or well-known! So people wouldn't know what building it is until arriving at the hotel! "

"The hotel lighting is very limited, really uncomfortable to stay. Breakfast is not delicious for room rate that I paid. The pillow look like not really pillow for sleep. I don’t want to come back to this hotel. "

"At first I was a bit surprised at staying in the dark yellow painted, deep red curtained and darkwood themed Africa room (135) but it grew on me. The patio area was pretty dark though. Breakfast was great but no restaurant for an evening meal nor a bar which was a shame. On leaving I realised I left my almost nearly new (expensive) CK shower gel behind and despite getting in touch that afternoon both by email and phone I received this reply at 20.00 - unfortunately we throw hygiene products from a departure in the trash. Sorry but those are the rules. Best regards Kati Azeroth Reservation Not acceptable in any way, shape or form after only a few hours since checking out. I wanted to upload some photos but the app isn't working properly. I also couldn't rate the parking which was very gravelly, apparently they top it up weekly, so motorcycle riders beware of the steep hill blind turn down into the hotel car park! (ask to park by the main door accessed across the pedestrian area)."
