"The hotel is excellent value for the price. It is very well located, close to a great many attractions and to the Metro.
The staff were friendly and helpful with 24 hour reception service. The room was clean and comfortable.
Our room was on the third floor and the lift access is from the 2nd floor to the 3rd rather than from the ground floor. We used the stairs after our arrival as it was simpler and we're mobile enough for it not to be a big issue. "

Breakfast in the room was a small inconvenience since we had to prepare it ourselves, but it was only a minor distraction from an otherwise perfect experience.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, with a very special shout-out to Gonzalo, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — our kids even wrote a song about him!

If we could suggest one thing, it would be to add a swimming pool, which our children would have loved.
