"Staff was very kind. The hotel overall was a complete No! The lobby was hot, the hallway was extremely stinky, the room had an old motel feel, look & smell. The only “ok” thing was the bed was comfy. I would never stay here again. Way below my standards , but it was late and we didn’t feel like hassling to change reservations or go anywhere else. I truly hope this property is due for a remodel. They’re in DESPERATE need it."

"The door latch was broken on inside. The water in shower was leaking the shower roof looked like signs of mold. The caulking around tub needed repair. The curtains were torn in spots."

"Gabby was the best! She put “customer” back in customer service! She greeted us like it was an honor to have us stay there. All the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Lisa, she was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to speak. Great place to stay if you have a pet!"

"The elderly person I was traveling with needed an extra blanket. Nate, the young man at the reception desk when we arrived, had the blanket waiting for us when we returned from dinner. He and Christina were at the ready to make our stay the best it could be. Our thanks to both of them."
