"Very convenient location, lots of walkable shops and grocery stores, winter and summer sports equipment rental shops, right in front of the Lake Tahoe, great view, the hotel has a dry sauna, outdoor firepits, which adds ambience. The gold club right next to the hotel. What I didn't like: since we were at the first floor, we can hear guests above our room walking or dropping things, it was little bit loud, the walls are not soundproof enough, even in the morning you can hear guests walking on hallways, and it was loud. "
"Diana at the front desk truly went above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful with any questions or issues I had. When we arrived, the fridge wasn’t cooling, and she quickly came to check it out. Not only did she address the problem right away, but she also suggested other solutions. Her customer service and problem-solving skills were excellent. Because of this level of service, I would definitely return."
