"The Palms Belize was a beautiful hotel, and the staff was amazing! Very helpful with questions about the area and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The only thing that was different was that we didn't get fresh toiletries or bottled water on our second day. Not a big deal, just surprised. "
