"Gruyeres Rooms was a wonderful hotel! The room was huge, and I woke up to a beautiful view in the morning. It’s in the center of the village but very quiet. Plus, I missed a couple of train connections and arrived at the station down below after 10:00. I called the hotel and the manager’s brother walked me through everything. Yay!"

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret.
The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. This neighborhood is walkable although on a hillside, with lots of cute shops and restaurants.

As a solo backpacker looking to visit Gruyere with a one night stays in Bulle, the very limited check in/out times and inability to check a bag made it complicated to visit the HR Giger museum.
The only window that worked involved taking the train to Gruyere in the morning to visit as soon as it opened at 10 am, then taking the train back to bulle in time for the noon checkout. it’s a short ride, and fine...

"Room was spotless and modern, blackout blinds, AC, amazing bedding and different firmness pillows, coffee and water. Rainfall shower. Really can't fault the room.
Breakfast has everything you could want and was all fresh.
Location was in the centre of everything and 5 mins from train station.

"perfect stay, the middle of the old city of bern. Very nice staff. Just be sure to know that while you can unload the bags in front of the hotel, the parking is a 5 min walk. The walk is easy and you walk in the most beautiful streets in the world- when we did day trips it was an amazing walk.
The hotel is right on top of the most beautiful COOP supermarket. Seriosuly the breads there are at the level of Thomas Keller bakery in Yountville(Bouchon) that we frequent a lot.
Walkable to everywhere. Ask for a room facing the cathedral and city hall -we saw both from the window and it was magical.
Dont miss the roof top bar - even just for the views, they have a fondue area for the winter which looks magical."

"This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, the staff responded quickly to our request. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality."
