We are travelling through Switzerland and had pre booked this hotel in advance. The property is well located for tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Above all else, as this is boutique style and the manager is so approachable and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

close to rail station, on busy street, but quiet. the entry code worked perfectly. good size bathroom, plenty of towels. kitchenette small but effective. plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans, fridge and microwave! close to shopping and sights. very walkable. would recommend!

We returned to Akomo after a stay the week before. It's very well located for train travelers and a direct and close walk to shops and restaurants and trams. We had left an item behind and it was waiting for us when we returned. The room is basic and it's self-entry but this is reflected in the reasonable price. Ask the owner for a Bern Welcome Card for free local transport. S/he was very responsive to all contacts.

非常棒的地點，離火車站只要3分鐘，樓下有超市+百貨，房間寬敞，光線非常明亮，有電梯，又有冷暖器。 房東非常客氣，人很好，床也很好睡！ 非常推薦自由行的都可以來住這間！！！廚房基本的都有～也可以下廚！

Just a short walk from the train station, the rooms here were large, clean, and thankfully Air Conditioned! Easy access to grocery and wine stores, restaurants, and historic Bern. A small but adequate elevator and offered luggage storage.

엄청 깨끗하고 필요한 식기들은 대부분 있었어요. 캡슐커피와 티백들이 제공됐는데 캡슐커피가 좀 문제였어요. 커피 메이커 소음이 제법 컸는데 아니나 다를까 다른 방 메이커 소리가 제법 나더라고요. 커피 메이커가 나중에는 제대로 작동도 안되기도 했고요. 거의 유일한 아쉬움이었어요. 위치도 아주 훌륭하고 전반적으로는 아주 좋았어요!

Excelente ubicación a 5 mins de la estación de tren, zona tranquila pero con muchos restaurantes cerca, coop restaurante a un lado, el departamento muy bien equipado, impecable y camas muy cómodas, se agradece el AC, el anfitrión muy servicial y al pendiente de nuestras dudas. Claro que volveremos!

Great room and location. Booked a double room and were upgraded to a triple room with separate living room and kitchen. Located right beside large Coop that has a good cafeteria on top floor for breakfast. Self check in worked well. Manager was on site much of day and provided us with iron and ironing board within a few minutes of messaging him through Expedia app. Parking garage located within 2 blocks as hotel has no parking.
