"THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE."

"A unique boutique hotel with some much art on the walls you can't see the wall paper. Lots of nice three dimensional art, too. Only drawback is no elevator. A nice little cafe that serves brunch all day. "

"This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a seating area that they provide with a coffee/snack area, along with a breakfast area. This hotel is up the hill with restaurants nearby. Since parking is provided - use this space and walk around as there is little parking available in town."

Room was large and clean even if dated. Tennis tournament going on next door but was enjoyable to watch from balcony. Breakfast coffee was very good, but food options were very limited. Waarschijnlijk omdat er nauwelijks gasten waren was de service bizar slecht, het zal hopelijk beter zijn op drukke dagen. "The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet with lovely windows. The location was great in Banska Bistrica in walking distance to the town square and quick access to the highway. The breakfast was also very good with many options. "

"By the looks of the hotel online it’s very elegant. But it’s much dirtier, smells like cigarettes, and room is tiny. A lot of noise outside due to poor insulation. The restaurant was good though with good prices. I guess you get what you pay for. It worked ok for me but I wouldn’t stay here again."
