"I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely â very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after.
I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. Thereâs a beautiful little stream behind the hotel, and the pools and outdoor spaces look amazing â perfect for summer. The location is quiet and relaxing, though there arenât many restaurants nearby. Itâs about a 10-minute drive to Quillan.
The staff were fantastic â really friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk service was excellent, and the waitress at the restaurant was lovely too. Parking on-site was easy and convenient.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pools and sunshine!"

"We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. Breakfast was served there too. It has a lovely courtyard where they served drinks. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying here. "

"The Chaumiere is really the only good hotel in this area, decor feels a little set in the 1990's, but facilities are great and the set menu at the restaurant is a real treat. It has a nice casual feel and a very attentive owner/manager"
