"Room air conditioning didn't work, and hotel wasn't able to fix it even though we mentioned about the issue. The room was very hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. Especially the bathroom wasn't very clean. Pillows were weird and very small sized. On a positive side I have to mention that the hotel's automatic checking machine worked perfectly and was easy to use."

"Booked T very late notice. Arrived an hour after booking with no issues. Checking in and instruction easy and clear. Password for wifi and access instructions clear. Car park was full but we did arrive late but plenty of on street parking out the front of hotel. "

"Excellent hôtel in a really lovely part of Caen near the Chateau. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were really comfy. I would definitely come back again. Things to improve would be water available in the room and a shaver socket - neither of which were provided."
