"T treated my family to a short weekend stay at the Kay and it was lovely. The beach was beautiful and the bar alive with guest. The room was spacious enough to enjoy the beach weekend and had the basic essentials for our short stay. However, the old-empty water fountain & pool outside were eye sores, obstructing out view of the beach. But overall the beach was beautiful and for a short family stay the price was not too bad. "

"This property is old but has a lot of potential. It has a historic feel and is really cool. However, it could use a refresh. It’s loud around there, as there is a club next door. But it’s super convenient and so close to shopping, places to eat and the boardwalk! It’s inexpensive and did the job for a last minute quick trip to the island. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our 6 day vacation at The Fred. The property is undoubtedly beautiful with a cool boho rockstar vibe. It was really nice staying somewhere that was adults only. The food was yummy and amenities were very nice. The only issue we had was upon arrival being placed in a room decorated in The Grateful Dead theme.
