"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was always fresh, tasted good and selection/variety was impressive. Buffet always clean, and well maintained. The views from this hotel are mesmerizing, sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The only minus for us was that if you want to go to the beach you need to pay for lounge chairs, it wasn’t very expensive. The beaches near the hotel are kinda rocky, if you want a nice sandy beach there is Agia Pelagia Beach, it’s 10 min drive. The housekeeping lady in our section was so friendly and helpful. In general all hotel staff was very friendly, we had no issues. Definitely recommend this hotel "
"I had an amazing stay at Ermass in downtown Athens! The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I especially loved the rooftop area and wellness facilities, which made my stay extra relaxing. The staff were kind and attentive. Especially the night shift George. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Athens!"
"We stayed in one of the suites with a pool/garden and were all inclusive. Our room and pool/garden were very nice and we were very happy with them. Would be good to have solar power to heat all the pools though as the water was very cold. Only small downside for us was the noise from The main road along which all the hotels are placed and the pump for the pools as we were next to it but having said that we live near a major road so wasn’t really a problem for us. The food was excellent and plenty of it and all of the staff in the suite areas we dealt with were all very nice, lovely, friendly and helpful people. We didn’t manage to use the spa but hopefully we will go back and use it next time we go. "
