"Very reasonable cost, i had a medical issue with my kegs and didnt realize there was no elevator when i booked the room. They immediately upgraded me at no charge to help me out, and got me on the floor that didnt require stairs to go to and from my room.
My only complaint...the pool was on another floor only accessible by stairs. Was VERY disappointed because part of my therapy was water walking. I made it but was an incredibly painful tiresome ascent up the MANY stairs to get to my floor again. Beautiful facilities but NOT disabled friendly.
I wont take stars away as that was on me. I should have asked in advance, and they did everything possible to accomodate me."
"The service at Muskoka Bay was top notch. All the staff was friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. The food was great, golf course is challenging so come ready. It would be nice for there to be a convenience store on property for snacks. The hotel room could use a full length mirror and a bigger sofa in the living room. Overall I love the property. "
