"Rooms need a refresh. Peeling wallpaper, seams in ceiling. Furniture needs retouched at the bottom, probably from vaccum cleaners. We really do like the rooms after all the years we have been coming to the property."

"The walkway leading to the front door needs to be power washed and swept routinely. Have ice makers working on all floors--7th floor was not operational. The complimentary coffee and cookies were excellent and if there was a restaurant, we did not see it."
