"Darren checked us in when we arrived late after a 5 hour drive. He was so helpful with the pet fee since our pets are registered support animals, and we stay at this hotel while traveling to University of Florida for our dog's cancer treatments. It made us feel so welcome and taken care of while dealing with a stressful time. Darren even checked in on us when we got to our room via text to make sure everything was okay. He was a true pleasure to work with!"
