"The room was small but comfortable with the window facing a quiet courtyard. Reception was friendly and informative with regard to their arrangement for reduced rate parking in the garage we parked our rental in. the buffet continental breakfast was in my opinion the best we encountered on our trip and the staff was very accommodating to my discomfort with utilizing the electric juicer with which I have had no prior experience which in hindsight would not have been too much of a challenge to figure out The location could not be better with the entrance onto Piazza Volta with many nearby dining and shopping options."

"The view from the hotel was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the spa, and spent a lot of time using the facilities in between exploring the area. Our room had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was great. The room decor was a little sparse and the style was very minimal. That's the only area for improvement in an otherwise wonderful hotel."

"This was a stunning hotel right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant made beautiful meals. There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away. I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not. Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."

"This hotel is in the heart of the lakefront promenade. There are shops and eateries all around. I loved the lake view from my room. However, on a Saturday night it was not such a prime spot as music from a restaurant below kept me awake until midnight. In retrospect it was a small price to pay for a very special stay. "
