Staff were professional, attentive, spoke more than three languages, knew all we asked about the area, and offered amazing service. Food was varied, tasty, creative, colorful, and delicious. The rooms, the garden, the architecture... truly a palace. "
"Nice, clean room with excellent staff (check in gentlemen and restaurant crew). The only down side was that voices carry loudly and I do think folks should be made aware of this at check in so that perhaps they can be more considerate. This is no reflection of the hotel, but would be a helpful add. I did not eat dinner at the restaurant, but wish I did as the food smelled amazing! "
