The cleaning person didn’t give new towels or clean our bathroom, empty trash etc. while we were gone. The pool was not functioning and there are no spa services as advertised. Most of the food was not available at the restaurant for dinner. It is a ways out of town. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever encountered. I never give bad reviews but this...

"Fantastic property in the most wonderful location. We loved this hotel and the Mekong Suite. The evening meals were very good. We enjoyed the kayaking excursion amongst the dolphins. The staff were lovely and we would love to return. It is not for everybody as it is quite a drive from anywhere."

Overall facilities are very good but we had a few minor niggles such as the shower being just ok (water not as hot as we'd like) & tv not working. The free bikes are a lovely touch & we enjoyed our ride through the local countryside.
One issue though is that it seemed short-staffed. Frequently there was no-one at Reception or around to ask. Also whilst some staff...

All the food i had there was excellent and freshly prepared.
Staff were always helpful but occasionally difficult to find
