"Great character property with a peaceful feel in the courtyard
The staff on duty were excellent ( Heidi gave us a lot of care and a lovely Cappuccino)
Staff who arranged taxi very good
Great to be inside the City walls "
"Free pickup and drop-off from the high speed rail station. Hotel is pretty quiet inside considering it's on a very busy street outside. Super convenient location to see everything in Pingyao. They packed our breakfast for us since our departing train left earlier than when they usually serve breakfast. "
"Fabulous hotel. Incredible breakfast. Wonderful staff, so kind, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Only 10 minutes from the train by DiDi and only 10 minutes walk to the old city wall. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends. Perfect stay. "
"The hotel is lovely, in a traditional courtyard-style house. It is beside the north gate, just inside the ancient town, so the location is great. Alice was fantastic, collected us from the train station and gave us lots of tips on places to visit and eat. We had a great two-night stay, highly recommended!"
