"This hotel is located on the same street just opposite St Thomas Church and a couple of doors along from the Bach museum. The Stasi museum is also quite close and extremely interesting from a historical perspective. I was there in August and outdoor dining was plentiful and good. The hotel is quite close to the subway or S-bahn which makes access to the lexic main train station very easy."
"Excellent. Felt like a 5-star hotel. Excellent location for the city, train station & trams and sightseeing. Good breakfast. Nice sociable bar. Only negative - its needed more staff the front desk. I was delayed by a queue of guests checking in."
"This is my second time staying at Stay Kooook — the first was in Bern, and now in Leipzig — and once again, it was an excellent experience! The concept is very cool and modern, with everything designed for convenience and comfort. The self check-in is super easy, the rooms are well equipped, and I love having access to a kitchen and laundry facilities. The common area is stylish and inviting, perfect for relaxing or working. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything. Stay Kooook has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay when I travel!

"We had been traveling for several days and needed to wash clothes. Asked front desk for a laundramat and they gave us the key to their private laundry, soap included.
As 80+ year olds we appreciated not having to take a taxi in the wind and rain. Tom and Alex went out of their way to help in many ways. "
"I've been to Leipzig before, but it was my partner's first time there and I wanted her to have a really special experience, which means staying at the Steigenberger. It feels like a Grad Hotel and the service from all the staff is exactly what you'd hope for in a Grand Hotel. The room had everything we needed and was very clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were all smiles and happy to help us with anything and everything that we needed. The location is ideal - right by the market square, with old and new buildings, shops, restaurants and cafes. This couldn't have been a better trip or a nicer place to stay."
"Very comfortable hotel in a pedestrian street in the old town close to the main station, most features within easy walking distance. Good breakfast and friendly staff. "
