"Wow, extremely attentive staff, helpful, watchful, paid special attention to details for our anniversary. We will come back and request a suite again: hot water, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, amazing view of Zócalo and Metropolitan Cathedral. Balcon Zócalo (rooftop restaurant) provided amazing view, delicious dinner, complimentary breakfast with numerous choices, cozy bar and great interior atmosphere. "
