10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely awesome! Beautiful hotel in front of the Adriatic sea. Warm welcome. Beautifuly decorated. Very large room.
Has a spa, two outdoors pool and one indoor (but it's not really a pool, more like a huge jacuzzi). Gym, hammam, sauna. Very well located 10 mins from city center and 60 km from Split or Zadar without the turmoil of these cities.
Free parking and good breakfast.
Only negative thing was that the curtain in the bedroom does not make the room pitch black so if you need total darkness to sleep you won't have it.
The balcony with lounge chairs and ashtray is a plus.
Overall it was awesome
Thanks to the staff for their professionalism and their smile.
(If you guys could charge a bit less for the dog it would be absolutely perfect!!)"
"Our first stay in Sibenik so we wanted to stay in the old town. This location was perfect. Very easy to walk to from the main street. We wanted an authentic old-world European experience and this location delivered. However, it is on the 3rd and 4th floors of an old house with very narrow stairs. We wanted this experience, but it may not be for everyone. Especially with luggage. It had a rustic charm with lots of stone walls and wood beam ceilings. Two bathrooms helped us out a lot as we were a group of 4 adults. It even had a washing machine which helped with some clothing stain emergencies. Very nice small kitchen so we could make our morning coffees and have local pastries. Lots of small markets nearby for milk, etc. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Small tip: ask your taxi drive to drop you off at the bus loop by the Croatian National Theatre near Pluto’s burger bar."
"Can’t say enough about Sibenik Palace attended to and run by local proprietors Josip and Sandra. It is a lovely, well appointed room in the old city. Room and entry way sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Both Josip and Sandra went out of their way to be helpful with directions, tips, and advice. "
"We loved our stay! Fabulous location and cocktails on the roof top terrace at dusk, a wonderful way to end our vacation.. AnnaMarie went out of her way to ensure we were treated royally. King Kresimir would be proud. The decor was gorgeous and the included served breakfast was perfect. "
"Highly recommend Fenice Palace! Small, clean, boutique, lovely atmosphere and Josip & Sandra were very helpful. If i were to come back to Šibenik, i would definitely stay again. "
"Had a lovely stay at Skradinski Buk Hotel in Skradin, the room was a decent size with comfy beds & a balcony looking out to the mountains & town, plus large modern bathroom with complementary soaps. The staff were friendly & helpful, & breakfast had a good selection of teas, coffee, cereals, croissants, bread etc & cooked. The granola & chocolate croissants were great.
The hotels location was perfect, just around the corner from the bus stop & situated in the town & only a few minutes walk to the harbour & beach. Also plenty of great bars & restaurants to choose from, our favourites being bistro & bar pini (opposite the hotel), mate vino, restaurant & pizzeria sol & restaurant bonaca.
Also would definitely recommend visiting Krka national park while there, the boat from skradin to Skradinski buk waterfall is included in park ticket & addition excursion to the monastery & Roski slap can be purchased while at the park.
All in all we loved Skradin & Skradinski Buk Hotel was a great place to stay"
