Very old infrastructure. A/C didn’t work properly. Minibar (just water) incomplete even when refilling requested. Good breakfast, so so dinners, good beach, great views.

Me gustó lo amplio del lugar y la variedad de piscinas, no me gustó las alternativas de restaurantes lugares de comer como; la heladería no tenía variedad de mantecados solo 3-4 sabores y eran los mismos que del buffete. La pizzería, daban la pizza fría y no estaba fresca. Área de toallas, en ocaciones no tenían toallas para la piscina. Las habitaciones deben de remodelarlas, tienen olor a humedad.

The hotel view is beautiful but the beach is Rocky and with lots of algae. The food wasn’t tasty and staff wasn’t as kind. Juan Pablo was an amazing server and accommodate us to his abilities. The room was outdated and had a moldy smell. The power kept going out so it was hot with no AC. The entertainment got better during the weekend and the food as well.

Food was okay not authentic Dominican food. Issues with the rooms at check in that were solved. No nightlife after the show, pool closes early at 6 pm. Staff was friendly until we refused a promo offer for members we saw the staff attitude change. I

My Wife and I arrived and were quickly frustrated. Our rooms AC was terrible, bathtub was dirty and shower knob didnt work. Spoke to front desk and they resolved issue right away. Other than that, our stay was excellent! Resort has amazing staff which are accommodating and very friendly. Shout out to our new Friend Julian from the buffet! The food was mediocre as the resort lacked variety, but their restaurants were good. Please make sure to reserve a spot for their Italian restaurant. Im a firm believer its not how you start, but how you finish and the Senator finished strong! Would definitely return.... ✌️

The overall property is nice. The staff does a good job at maintaining the grounds clean. Housekeeping staff also does a great job. Upgraded room had a beautiful ocean view. To whoever runs this resort needs to seriously look into what going on with the food. The food was horrible. Every single location that serves food was bad. I got sick from the hibachi restaurant. Couldn’t leave my room the next day, including multiple people in my group. The Italian restaurant menu and food was a joke. I wouldn’t feed a stray dog that food. The bottle of had mold on the label, disgusting!! And the staff was extremely rude. Another issue was the alcohol. Never been to a resort where the liquor didn’t taste like anything. I saw the bartender open up a brand new bottle of brugal in front of me but it still didn’t taste like anything. Luckily I had my own alcohol that I purchased from the airport. Horrible food, bad liquor and the power going out multiple times every night is a place I would never visit again or recommend

El hotel nesecita renovación en los cuartos, el baño muy antiguo y estaba tupido la bañadera, muy antiguo, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba yo tenía 2 habitaciones y mis hijas tuvieron que cambiarse 2 veces de habitación por el aire que no servía aparte que la luz se fue 3 veces. La atención si fue máxima el sport bar la muchacha Cristy fue más allá de lo que tenía q ir muy atenta y servicial.
