Perfect location for a visit to Urla, just by the sea. Hotel is relatively small one but it offers nice room, comfy bed a good view and wonderful breakfast. You can walk on the seaside, swim in the ocean in a nicer weather, have a tasty food in nearby restaurants and in the morning you can wake up fully refreshed. Certainly will stay again if decided to visit Urla again.

Very nice atmosphere and excellent location!

Fermaki is a boutique hotel with a very nice atmosphere and restaurant. We had an excellent stay there. What was good: - Interior design of the hotel and rooms - Breakfast ("serpme kahvaltı"): A lot of options, had too much to eat! - View out of the room: Amazing sea view - Sea front with free (public) sea access What could be better: - Our room was a bit on the small side but acceptable for this price range. - Room had very minor issues, like no countertop next to the sink, minibar makes strange noises. - Breakfast starts quite late so we couldn't have one on the day of our flight.

A very pleasant stay

A friendly small hotel on the seafront with parking at the rear. An enjoyable evening meal on the seafront opposite the hotel/bar. A superb Turkish breakfast in the morning.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at Fermaki. Staff were extremely pleasant, evening meal was tasty and breakfast was sumptuous... Our room was clean and larger than a lot of other hotels where we have stayed. The bed was smaller than we are normally used to,but it was still comfortable. Parking at the back of the hotel was not a problem. So easy to walk from here to the harbour, shops and other eating houses. We can recommend this hostelry...

Right by clear sea, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast by sea, middle level decorations but clean, walking distance to city center and nice restaurants. Good price/quality ratio. Will definitely come again maybe in September or October.

The hotel itself was comfortable. Although my room wasn't clean properly, hair on the floor, everywhere in the shower and in the bedroom. The food was okay, nothing special. Live music on Saturdays, which was quite entertaining. The breakfast was excellent. My overall experience was okay, not great. But I can visit the place for accommodation once again.

Fermaki rooms çok guzel konumda denize sıfır, otopark arkada, oda temiz ve özellikle lavobadaki renkli filtre banyoya mis gibi bir koku yayıyor, banyo yeni, çalışanlar ilgili, kahvaltısı ise çok güzeldi, aksam restaurantta canlı müzık var çok hoş yemek müzikleri yapıyorlar, tavsiye ediyorum

Urla'nın sahil kenarında , merkezi, iskele meze balıkçıların kayıkhaneye vs dibinde ama zaten otelin alt katı güzel ve lokal bir restaurant, park yeri var, oda temiz, kahvaltısı zengin, çalışanlar çok samimi ve içten .Fiyat performansı iyi. Çok memnun kaldık.
