The place alone is nice and cozy but security is so slacking and didn’t know how to deal with guest- trying to kick out guest EVEN kids this duty on May 2 afternoon in maldives condo. This people shouldn’t be working in that kind of place as they so arrogant and their customer service is so poor even shouting toward my kids good a lady in blue uniform and they are treating my family as outsiders even we have other unit in the building. My nephew is almost crying when the are banging in our door just to try to kick is out. This is not acceptable in an accommodation industry. They think that they are control everything more like a martial law times.

I booked a 3 night stay for my mom, sister and nieces who were traveling from the province. My niece did not registered the guest names as instructed and my family from Bicol were on their way to Manila. I called the caretaker and he gave me the contact of the owner to get the QR code. However, I wasn’t able to talked to him because we’re on different time zone. To make the story short, my niece showed up at the place without the rest of the family and the caretaker help my niece registered everyone without issues. He was very helpful and accommodating.
We have stayed at Azure Residences many times when my mom and I visit Philippines and my mom said this is the best unit she’d stayed so far. She said the place is really nice, clean, complete with newer appliances and furnishings. My family really enjoyed their stayed and I would definitely book this unit again when I visit Philippines again. Thank you for making my families stayed memorable!
