Staff was friendly, I liked the furniture accents in the room, it’s a more dated inn which makes it unique! It was clean enough but felt like maybe it could have used an extra vacuum! Over all stay was good!

Unacceptable condition

This was extremely disappointing as the room was not clean. We were on the main floor and you could not lock the screen or sliding glass door. The light in bathroom didn’t work, the mirror was damaged. Outside was shabby. Breakfast was not good. We stayed one night if a three night stay we didn’t feel safe .

Absolutely wonderful!

This room was so nice. Large and very clean. Not sure why the poor reviews as it was wonderful! Beautiful comfy king bed, big bathroom. All the linings and bedding crisp white. Fridge, big screen tv and coffee machine with 2 water bottles and nice real coffee mugs! The breakfast was nice with 2 hosts making ready to serve waffles! Highly recommended! The staff were incredibly friendly. It’s a ways from the crowded Niagra Falls area but a less then $20 uber was a quick way to get to and from. To add was very quiet!

No complaints lovely weekend

Lovely place to stay if you want affordability with all the perks. There's a pool and free breakfast every morning with super friendly staff who are willing to help with everything. The hotel is also super clean and quiet & don't have paper thin walls like in most hotels so you can fully relax in your room. Everything is labelled with how to use it. The only thing i think would be a little difficult would be if you are you are a wheelchair user as there's a lot of stairs. Otherwise perfect.

It was a great stay, quiet and clean. The hotel had a unique antique vibe to it which was fun. Close to the falls and outlet mall, would stay here again.

Not legal wheel chair accessible ramps. Carpets in the rooms were not good for allergies. The pool was freezing. The breakfast was mediocre.

This place is in severe need of renovations. And safety upgrades! There was numerous run ins with overly drunk patrons, noisy boisterous men, and one man even exposed himself to us. Brutal.

The Staff are friendly. Parking is frèe and convenient. Walkable to any food choices and restaurants. The room cleaning and garbage collection is not everyday. Maybe its not automatic or by request. But I thought its daily. Lack of power outlet. The washroom shower and faucet are too noisy and it seems it will detached soon. The chair is wiggyly and im scared to sit on it becausenit feels like collapsing anytime.
