金字塔景觀套房可以直接看到金字塔、獅身人面像，頂樓餐廳吃飯可以體驗金字塔旁用餐，跨年夜來住真的非常適合，到吉薩金字塔景區也非常近。不過害怕音樂的人在跨年夜可能會睡不著，房間的隔音沒有很好。

Hotellet är absolut inte lik bilder som visas, sängen var smutsig, fläckig, mattan var bränd med hål i, borden var så smutsiga att de hade fått en beläggning på med en annan färg, avlopp fungerade inte, garderoben gick inte ens att stängas. Rummet som frukosten serverades i, luktade inte speciellt bra, och den var inte så hygienisk. Jätte missnöjd, rekommenderar absolut inte! Det enda som var bra, är utsikten mot pyramiderna.

Arrivés à l'hôtel, nous avons été dirigés sur le Panorama View Hotel où les chambres sans ouverture extérieure et certaines odeurs ont été décevantes. Mais heureusement, le lendemain on nous a mis au Hayat et pour nous dédommager, nous avons eu de très belles chambres avec vue imprenable sur les pyramides et un diner gratuit.

The only thing good about the hotel was the roof top pyramid views. It is a great location right infront of the pyramids. They had a decent morning breakfast and really good cappuccino to offer. The area around the hotel was loaded with horse poop and the smell was unbearable. The hotel staff was very friendly. The night time construction and the drilling noise was a nuisance. (Which is ofcourse not in the property's control) The rooms were fine and clean but the bathrooms were a disaster. Everything was leaking with a broken muslim shower. There was no seperate hand soap only body wash that we used as hand wash. The place around the hotel felt safe as you could see huge police present.

The view of the Pyramids from this property was fantastic. The staff was great! We really enjoyed the rooftop view that allowed us to see the pyramids. However, the area was not great. Each day you exit the building there are a multitude of people including children begging you for money. They follow you the while you’re walking the entire time. It really feels like harassment. A group of people got into a fight and we saw it from our room.

Le personnel de cet hôtel est fantastique! chacun essaye de répondre à nos moindre désires, gentillesse, sourire, service, tout est fait pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Después de unos 10 días recorriendo Egipto se agradece llegar a un hotel así con cuartos amplios , baños limpios , cama súper cómoda con 5 almohadas bastante buenas . Hacen la habitación día a día , todos son muy amables y sonrientes. El desayuno es buffet es el mismo todos los días y la carta para mi fue regular aunque es mi gusto ya que hay varias opciones , la vista increíble desde la terraza, la ubicación es justo en frente de las pirámides . Me gustó mucho !!

The service, views and cleanliness deserve 10 stars. Ruby was amazing! He accommidated our every need. He stayed with us until 5am on the rooftop making aure we had all we needed while overlooking the Sphinx and enjoying a fresh mango juice. I highly recommand this hotel
