Read details so you know what to expect.

This is not a hotel- it’s more like a bed and breakfast room inside a fourth floor building apartment without free breakfast- so just know that you will be entering a door from the street that has no signage. It actually ended up being pretty neat hence the four stars but I would have preferred more information from the start instead of being confused. Our taxi wasn’t sure the location, I had to walk a few blocks with luggage. It was confusing finding the place. It’s in an alley kind of spot near the pharmacy. They only have one staff for three locations so they don’t answer phone calls - only WhatsApp texts. They asked for my passport to be sent via WhatsApp the day before I was arriving because they weren’t going to have anyone there at my arrival because it was a Sunday and they leave at 1:00. I felt uncomfortable sending this but I didn't have a choice and it turned out to be fine. So, just know that may happen to you. The actual stay was nice and the location is great. The staff ended up being helpful sending my daughter’s baby blanket that she left to me in Sorrento. That is also why I give it four stars. I did have to pay for that service and it took a lot of logistical planning back and forth to get it to me but we got her blanket back so I am very grateful for that.

Hard to find, but in a great location near the Pantheon and a 20 minute walk from the Vatican. Nicely appointed room, but no breakfast offered.

Logement ok mais beaucoup de bruit

Sejour d'une nuit, nous étions dans une chambre qui donne sur la porte d'entrée et la salle de petit dejeuner. Vers 23h, nous avons été reveillé par quelqu'un qui cuisinait et ensuite pendant la nuit, lorsque les autres visiteurs reviennent, il y a enormement de bruit. Nous avons très mal dormi. Le logement est bien situé, proche du pantheon, dans une rue calme.

Fantastic location!

The location of this place is fantastic as it is near the Pantheon and walkable to many places of interest. The unit is very well maintained and gives a very welcoming feel. Definitely a good place to stay in the heart of Rome!

Great place to stay and very central to everything in Rome. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hotel didn't have much to offer, such as a bar or restaurant. It was a little hard to find the door and feels like your entering a private property. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it staying here.

A great location near the Pantheon. Spotlessly clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Small but adequate breakfast. A little milk in the bedroom fridge would have been a bonus. Overall very good.

Our hotel room was beautiful, situated on the 4th floor of an old building which was so quiet , only a few minutes walk from The Pantheon, a 10 minute walk from The Trevi Fountain we were situated in the heart of Rome. The hotel was impeccably clean, our room was stunning and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would love to visit Rome again and would definitely stay here again.

Residence was is a quiet area. No noise at night. Very clean, comfortable memory foam mattress, a large shower, has a lift. The receptionist was helpful with directions and buses, spoke English. The gentleman that made breakfast was very kind. He gave us a lot of information for the area and Italy. His English was also very good. For 10 euro per person, it was a wonderful breakfast. He made us eggs which is not customary in an Italian breakfast. We had a standard room and was plenty of space for us. I was able to convert some of the tv channels to English via the remote control which was also nice. We highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
