2nd time, not a 3rd!

Stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time also for my Birthday. Neigher my birthday nor the fact that it was our 2nd time was acknowledged. The next day after my disappointed checkin review, they set up a nice birthday surprise. Pro: Spacious room, great bed, good service, decent food, great beach. Neg: food is decent but not OMG. The taste is a bit bland. At the beach there are 11 Umbrellas for 72 seats, so if you are late - no shade and they refuse to bring unused 19 umbrellas from a different part of the hotel. You hear the music not only from the pool, but also from the hotel next door. The room smelled kinda damp bc of AC, AC cannot be controlled and is set to freezing, tv wasnt working properly(but got fixed), shower-heads didnt work peoperly, when activating the Handheld the rainshower still dripped water. Personally i dont think i will stay a 3rd time. I think i will find another 5star hotel in the zone. Actually i booked a 3rd stay before our departure, but i cancelled it bc of this experience

Amazing experience for vacation. Exceptional food overall, but some options are excepcition, as I recommend avoiding the italian. Great service, very professional and polite. Exceptional cleanliness, did not see an hotel as clean as this one.

We had a phenomenal time. Staff was attentive. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant. Spirit selection was excellent some all inclusive resorts give you bottom shelf, spirits. They served me everything I drink at home and more. We had lamb sops and lobster tails the first night. It was awesome. They did a really nice set up for the Super Bowl, which was cool. I can’t say enough about the Front Desk concierge, pool, staff, bartenders, housekeepers, managers, etc. everyone was awesome. Feedback for anyone coming to visit obviously plan transportation from the airport as soon as possible.

This property was great. The food was A , we didn’t even eat at the on site restaurants because we loved the buffets so much. The drinks were great, but we’re not huge drinkers. The pool was nice for us after the music was turned off, we prefer a quieter experience. One tip we have is to wake up at about 7:30am and claim your beach and pool chairs, because like most all-inclusives, people claim their spots with towels and hoard the spots all day, even if they are eating breakfast or having a 2-hour lunch break, other than that, this was a great all-inclusive. The beach was a little rough and choppy (big waves), but we were happy to have a sargasso free, clear bright blue beach front. Thanks to the staff for making our trip so great!

Very nice resort. This was our first adults only experience because we don't mind kids. The adults only was more about the food choices, beach chairs, umbrellas, service. It was very nice. The only complaint i have is there is 2 elevators and they were very slow.

Honestly, the worst all inclusive in Cancun. Ive been coming to Cancun for 30 years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely disgusting and the drinks tasted like cleaner. Only drank beer and swam in the ocean the entire time. I only ate one meal that was at the Italian restaurant which wasn't very good either but at least palatable. I lost 15 lbs in 6 days at this hotel because the food was so bad. It was Coral level too. Seriously, there are so many better choices in Cancun. This one should be burned to the ground.
