Great place to stay! Amazing host and location

We stayed overnight and would come back in a heartbeat. Amanda and Todd were very kind and gracious hosts. We appreciated their hospitality and personal advice for getting around the island and making the most of our time. Highly recommend staying more than one night in Vieques if you're visiting. There's more than the Bio bay! (including some really beautiful secret spots)

The Vieques Guesthouse was an excellent choice for my stay in Vieques. The service is wonderful, the rooms are super clean and very comfortable, and have everything you need. There is an incredible balcony and terrace with an excellent ocean view. It is very safe, peaceful, and quiet, with a variety of restaurants nearby. Amanda (the owner) is very kind, pleasant, and very concerned about our well-being. She also helped us a lot by explaining in detail each of the places we could visit. She is THE BEST! It is simply a perfect place!

I spent a week in Puerto Rico, and the three days I stayed at The Vieques Guesthouse were definitely the best part of the trip. Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier than planned, so I only got to enjoy part of my last day there. If I could have stayed the full day, I definitely would have. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable right away. My room was clean and well set up. The bed was really comfortable, I had a microwave, and the shower was nice and spacious. I don’t have any complaints about the room. The breakfast is also worth it, for $12 you can choose three items, and there’s something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I found good options too. The location is great, you can walk to everything, like Sun Bay Beach, Black Sand Beach, and there’s even a beach just across the street from the guesthouse. There are restaurants and a small market right around the corner as well. Overall, I had a really good stay here and would definitely come back :)

We had a fantastic stay. Amanda, Todd and their staff were kind and wonderful and all of Amanda’s suggestions were spot on. We loved sitting on the rooftop in the evenings and watching the sunset. It was walkable to the main drag in Esperanza and provided a great base for exploring the island. We would definitely recommend.

The owners were top notch; super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was great for a 2 night stay with my wife and 2 kids. A few restaurants and a couple of nice beaches are within walking distance. So is Jak Water Sports, a fantastic option for a nighttime bioluminescent kayaking tour in Mosquito Bay.
