We would highly recommend this hotel, the hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and the communication before and during our stay was brilliant. A great central location for exploring the city and close to the train station to go further afield too. Superb!

Esperienza positiva e buona l'accoglienza di Barbara. Un pò caro per il livello di servizio. Suggerirei acqua di cortesia nel minibar tutti giorni, cuffie per la doccia e qualche bustina di bagnoschiuma in più. E colazione inclusa, se non da Scaturchio in un luogo prossimo. Considerando i 143€ per notte.

We loved staying at Casa Hosteno in Naples. We arrived in the evening and were able to get a late check in. The building was a little hard to find when we arrived off a long flight (tiredness played a large part!) but we were given very good instructions and once you were through the gate and up to the hotel, it was just wonderful. Barbara was super helpful with tips for the city, restaurants and transport options to get around. It’s in a central, easy to get to many Naples sites and had a helpful taxi rank just outside.

Wonderful staff who are eager to help and greeted us with a warm welcome. Large spacious suite. Feels more like an air bnb than a hotel as it is housed in an old mansion that was converted into an apartment building. The common spaces of the building are very run down and dreary. The biggest problem with the hotel is it overly scented, including the rooms. If you have environmental sensitivities, this is not the place for you. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the historic district which is in a state of rapid decline. We last visited the district five years ago and we were shocked by how it has changed - garbage everywhere, buildings crumbling, stench of urine and worse.

Don’t let the outside fool you! This is a hidden gem, and the area has so much character. The staff was so welcoming and the facility is amazing! Definitely recommend and will probably stay again

Very nice hotel, the outside if the hotel is a bit rough but really cool and inside is so beautiful. Our room was great. The only problem for us with a small child was the lack of an elevator. There is an elevator but it cost 10 cent for every use and it doesn’t work as it’s supposed to (not hostenos fault). That’s the only thing we found a bit annoying. The neighborhood was great with good second hand and nice restaurants. Perfect for couples young and old.

Très bonne adresse dans le centre de Naples
Très bonne adresse, très bien située : en plein centre, proche de tout ! (monuments, magasins, restos, métro, gare...) Et au pied de la station de taxis, idéal pour profiter jusqu'au dernier moment !! Ville très vivante, quartier étudiant animé. Chambre grande, bien équipée. Hôtes très sympas et bons conseillers pour les bonnes adresses.

Suites di Lusso in una dimora che parla di Storia
Non è semplice pur avendo recensito molte strutture riuscire a descrivere nei dettagli una tale opera d'arte, collocata a pochi metri da Spaccanapoli e Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, al primo piano di un palazzo storico. Già all'ingresso, accolti dall'impeccabile Jonathan si percorrono dei corridoi e due sale storiche con librerie antiche, quadri, sedie e tavoli antichi, in un ambiente curatissimo, nuovissimo e frutto di un sapiente lavoro di un architetto e Designer. Chi ama l'arte, il design, l'utilizzo dei materiali e la progettazione di interni, soprattutto, sarà felice di soggiornare in questa splendida perla ricettiva. Le stanze sono moderne, grandi e spaziose, dotate di ogni dettaglio, prese (lan, elettriche, Usb), in ogni parte, con minifrigo, tv, set di cortesia in bagno, bollitore per thè e caffe, e un comodissimo divano letto (al pari del letto), e poi salendo le scale (di metallo, silenziose), si arriva al letto matrimoniale, e gli accessori dove poter comodamente sistemare i vestiti e ogni cosa. La stanze è dotata di ogni tipo di illuminazione, così come di un sistema di condizionamento nel quale si può scegliere anche la temperatura che si vuole mantenere, o magari trovare al proprio ritorno. L'utilizzo del legno, metallo, vetro, fa della stanza un rifugio dalla vivacità della città, in quanto sia i doppi vetri che la collocazione delle suites rendono assolutamente silenziosa la stanza (55dB!). Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo, eccellente. R.M.

Perfect stay!!
I would 100% recommend this apartment. It’s in a central location - walking distance to everything and local grocery store just around the corner. The host was amazing and could not do enough for us , even sending a taxi to the airport to get us as the taxis at the airport were ripping us off!! Do not be put off by the graffiti .... this is everywhere in Naples. If you are looking for something with a bit of history and charm in a great location Casa Hosteno is it . Rachel & Chris

THE BEST STAY IN Naples
The appartment block is located at the very center of historical center of Napples. Underneath there is a very convenient taxi piazza. The entirehotel has the scent of cleanningness and the rooms were maizonaite style suites. We have stayed at the one that we have selected and we can definatelly state that expensive hotels are not that stylish and luxurious as casa hosteno. ComParing with other boutique hotels it was decorated with original paintings and antiques that seemed very well maintained and super clean. JONATHAN WAS AN AMAZING and discreet host always smiling with kindness. He helped us with the luggages as well as to find tge best places for eating and hanging out. We also left our luggages there with no additional charge. We are difinatelly coming back!
