The mattress was very uncomfortable. Did not sleep well and woke up with very bad back pain. I had hard time walking from the pain. Service was very good but Would not stay there again because the mattress issue I noted

The best hotel in Rochester
I got a notice from the state disease control about a sickness passses through the pool, and my child did get very sick after swimming in the pool. Everything else was excellent!

Large, modern rooms, walk-in showers.
Perfect hotel for Mayo Clinic trip. Easy access in enclosed walkway connected to hotel or they do offer shuttle to appointments. Lots of good restaurants including the one at lobby. Our room was large, modern & had every amenity. Great walking shower, comfy sofa in room (which I wish I’d slept on as my bed was particularly hard). Only shortcoming in hotel was no coffee service at lobby. Had to walk to a breakfast cafe.

Reception Desk Staff needs work
This is the third time we’ve stayed here in the past 3 months. We’ve never been greeted with a smile while checking in. The staff needs to do a much better job welcoming their guests, because it always seems that we are a burden to them when we arrive for check in.
