位置很好，走路去28電車跟廣場都很近。服務人員非常親切跟主動幫忙我們很感動，住宿空間稍小了一點，但設備提供完整。海景非常非常棒我們度過很浪漫的兩晚。

Fin beliggenhet i Alfama, midt i smørøyet. Vanskelig å finne ved at man ikke kunne kjøre dit. Bra utstyrt leilighet, selvom noe var i ferd med å bli ødelagt. Veldig fuktig uten effektiv ventilasjon.

Ihana pieni siisti asunto

Ihanat näkymät parvekkeelta. Paras sijainti Alfamassa. Tavaran säilytyspaikkaa voisi olla, jotkut hyllyt tai kaappi. Kaikki tarpeelliset keittiötarvikkeet löytyivät. Ilmastaointi toimii. Olimme todella tyytyväiset!

This property has a great location if you want to get a feel for Portugese culture and see many of the main historic sites in Lisbon. The 28 Tram runs nearby, and many sites are walkable from here, great Fado nearby. However, there are a few key factors to note: 1)This is a 3rd floor walk up a very narrow spiral staircase, typical for an historic building, so be prepared. 2)the balcony pictured is not deep enough to sit outside, the stools pictured take up the entire space 3) the water view is often obscured by the huge cruise ships that come in and dock directly in front of the appartment view, so you will be looking at the side of a cruise ship - not the river. 4) the appartment is located in a no car zone, so you have quite a walk with luggage to reach it. This space is ideal for a short stay maybe 1 week max. I was there for almost a month, the staff was most helpful getting my luggage up to the appartment upon my arrival, but refused to help when it was time to check out. Also, there was a big push to get me out to prepare for the next guests. I had some appointments early the morning of check out and the staff got very nasty when I declined their offer to store my luggage in their nearby storage unit. I was traveling with a small dog and they suggested that I store her there too! I did not ask for a late check out but, they were clear that getting in to clean for the next guests was their priority and I was in the way. An unfortunate end to my stay.

Charming little apartment

Great location in a very charming part of Lisbon. Amazing view from the ‘balcony’. The apartment is small, comfy and cozy. Not much privacy in the restroom though (sound-wise 😊). Warm welcome by the host. Water in the fridge and wine was waiting for us. Nice touch 👍

Lovely little apartment that is clean and comfortable and all that you need on a city break with nice views out to sea. Nice location if you want to be just outside the hustle and bustle and close enough to easily walk into the shopping and busy nightlife areas (10 minutes) but just make sure you make mental notes of which tiny streets to take to get to the apartment. The apartment is close to lots of local eateries that provide great food and Fado music.

The property was located in a great location easily accessible to other hot spots and made a nice walk to Fado restaurants in the area. We were met in the square close to the apartment by the staff and were taken to the apartment. Very nice touch! Also, wine in the apartment The only thing about this property is that it is already expensive and we paid an additional $40 euro cleaning fee. We couldn't understand how that was justified. If that was reduced greatly then this would have been a top place

Great location in the heart of Alfama. Well equipped apartment and kitchen. Fantastic view from the apartment. Very helpful owner and staff who were keen to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. Great communication with the team via our own WhatsApp group. Would definitely recommend.

Good choice.

Aparthotel is located in Alfama where Lisboa was born first. Fully kitchen equipment was great including coffee and a bottle of wine. The room was wide and clean. We woke up with sea view along with slight Lisboa morning wind. No elevator but the room was just at the 2nd floor. If you want to feel the soul of Alfama , it is clearly good choice.

Wonderful place to stay with family in the Alfama

My family (two adults, two kids/teenagers) had a wonderful stay in this great apartment/room in the Alfama district. It is a great place to be both because it is centrally located and because the Alfama is a fascinating neighborhood to explore. Important historic sites, restaurants and cafes, Fado all near by. The apartment is a really nicely decorated and recently updated studio with a queen size bed and a comfortable queen size pull out couch. A nice little kitchenette, with complimentary wine and coffee welcomed us! The managers reached out proactively to make sure we knew how to get to the apartment and arrange check in. They also let us have a late check out when our kids both got a little sick the last day and needed to rest without a problem. But, by far the highlight of staying here was the breath taking view of the City flowing down to the river from the balcony which opens up off the room. It was an amazing place to sit and read or just stare off. The one slight drawback is that there isn’t a lot of space for suitcases or to store things. A few foldable suitcase racks and a shelf in the bathroom would go a long way. Regardless, we would definitely plan to stay here again if and when we make it back to Lisbon!
