The room was very hot and had only a small fan for ventilation. The only window opened onto the public interior hallway. The bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Being an entirely interior room, it was very quiet. We didn’t see any other guests the two nights we were there, so it was incredible that they wouldn’t give us a better room.

Would stay again, but shower curtain shoud be a little longer, it did not run all the way to he floor and you can't help to make a mess when showering. Huge bummer for me who hate a wet bathroom floor. Taking that aside, nice hotel, courteous staff.

This place has potential to be great. However they need to pay attention to small details. My room had a throw pillow that was tattered. I could not understand why they would place such a thing in anyone's room. Since my neighbors were always arguing in the middle of the night I asked to be placed in another room. The throw pillow in that room was also worn out. On the plus side the staff were very nice.

Las habitaciones son sencillas pero tienen lo básico. Las mantienen limpias. La cama se me hizo cómoda. Agua calientita disponible. Quizá un poco antiguo el mobiliario. Pero en general me encanta el lugar. El personal muy servicial. Y está muy fácil acceder al lugar. Solo ubircar la esquina del monumento a la revolución y listo. Transporte cercano. Un Oxxo a una cuadrita y localitos turisticos y farmacia muy cerca. Super cerquita de la av. Reforma. Las habitaciones son oscuras. Pero con las lámparas se iluminan tranquilamente. Me gusta hospedarme ahí. Es la segunda vez q lo hago.
